Who else sees it

Enquiries are stored in our database and copied to our business email inbox. Our website hosting, database and email delivery are provided by third-party service providers who process this information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Where a quotation requires it, we may share the specification of your requirement — not your personal contact details — with a supplier in order to price it.

Automated checks

Our forms use a security check to tell real visitors from automated submissions. It records technical information such as your IP address for that purpose only.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept only as long as they are reasonably needed for the purposes above, and are then deleted.

Your choices
